The Telluride Jazz Festival is thrilled to team up with Sierra Nevada Brewing Company again for the 2022 Festival! Founded back in 1980, Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is one of America’s premier craft breweries today and is highly regarded for using only the finest quality ingredients. The pioneering spirit that launched Sierra Nevada now spans both US coasts with breweries in Chico, California and Mills River, North Carolina. Sierra Nevada has set the standard for craft brewers worldwide with impressive innovations in the brew-house as well as leading sustainability initiatives. Sierra Nevada is also an industry leader for artisan brewers worldwide taking home numerous awards for their wide variety of beers and ales, including the legendary Pale Ale.

Heavy on hops, that was always the brewery plan. So in 1980, we loaded Pale Ale up with Cascade—a new hop at the time named after the mountain range—and the intense aromas of pine and citrus sparked the American craft beer revolution. 5.6% ABV

Aggressively dry-hopped and less filtered because the haze is where the flavor is. 6.7% ABV
